Happy May Day! May 1, 2021. In commemoration of this globally celebrated day, Jurnal Hukum Lex Generalis launched an edition of the journal themed "Labor Law". It is special because the Jurnal Hukum Lex Generalis is one of the initiators who produced writings on the Job Excogitation Law (Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, we tend to use this phrase instead of Omnibus Law, why?) which is full of controversy lately.
